Please respect this rule for the comfort and safety of all our guests. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace.
- 2 To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests, please respect the quiet hours as per Romanian legislation, between 22:00 and 08:00.
- 3 We strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, so please refrain from organizing parties in the apartment. This will contribute to the comfort and safety of all guests and help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
- 4 No pets allowed: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.
- 5 Cleanliness: Please help us maintain a clean and orderly environment by disposing of garbage properly, using the selective trash bins.
- 6 To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant stay, we have set a limit of two people per room.
- 7 We understand that accidents can occur. We inform you that any damages caused to the property or building during your stay will be charged. To avoid this, please respect the rules of the property.
- 8 Please respect the check-out time of 11 am, as we need to prepare the room for our next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please consider that additional charges may apply for late check-out as we may need to reschedule our cleaning staff.
- 9 Respect for other guests: Please be respectful of other guests and avoid any behavior that could disturb the peaceful and welcoming environment of the location.
- 10 Guests must report any damage found in the apartment within one hour of check-in. Please refrain from moving furniture, equipment from their original positions or installations in the apartment and inform the staff about any malfunctions or issues that have been noticed.
